Capoeira Class with Professor Polaco, Union Capoeira Group @ St Luke's Church Hall
Capoeira is an Afro-Brazillian martial art form that involves dance, music, acrobatics, and philosophy, and is an integral part traditional Brazillian culture. All are welcome, whether you wish to get fit or just see what it's all about. Please bring clothes that you are able to move freely in. The class will be followed by a street roda or demonstration on Saturday the 19th Broad Street.
